Friday Reads (on Saturday) 9/13/14
How did Friday get past me? Crazytown!!
Anyway, yesterday I finished The Magician's Land by Lev Grossman. So incredibly good. I will have a review soon.
Today I read this week's chunk of 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami. I'm reading it with a group on Goodreads because it has a bazillion pages and I would only have the motivation to get through it by reading it with someone else. It's super good though. I have another chunk to read this coming week, so I plan to work on that.
Also, I will read The Pink Suit by Nicole Mary Kelby this week because it's this month's book club book, and book club is Friday. This is a novel about the woman who sewed Jacqueline Kennedy's pink suit that she was wearing when JFK was shot.
That's probably enough, but I also have Dirty Rocker Boys by Bobbie Brown. She was the model that was in a bunch of heavy metal videos in the early 90's and this is her memoir.
