Read-a-thon Wrap-up

Well, that was kind of an epic fail. I finished one book. I read all morning, but then I got called away to do various chores. Then, I got a massive headache and had to nap. 2 hours. When I woke up, my head felt better, but I had no desire to read. I read about 20 pages of a second book, but that's all. The morning was nice with all the reading, but it didn't last.

I look forward to trying again in October. I think a large part of the problem was I wasn't terribly excited about anything I had stacked up to read. Maybe it was the headache, but I just felt kind of meh about all of them.

So, it was kind of an inauspicious first read-a-thon, but I have some idea of how to improve for next time.
