Most Anticipated 2016 Releases

Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Most Anticipated 2016 Releases. I'm kind of out of the loop on what is coming, so I just went to the Barnes and Noble site to see what's coming soon. It only gave me about 6 weeks of coming books, so I only have a few anticipated books. Let's see what's up. (Edited to add: I found some good Goodreads pages of coming releases.)

Spark Joy by Marie Kondo - This is the follow up to the Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. This was unintentionally hilarious, but also really helpful. This book has more in-depth information on topics such as folding socks and organizing kitchen tools.

The Only Pirate at the Party by Lindsay Stirling - I really like Lindsay Stirling. I realize she's not a fabulous musician, but I like her music and her as a person (from what I've seen). This is a memoir.

The Dirt on Ninth Grave by Darynda Jones - I haven't really kept up with this series, but I'm still excited that another one is coming.

Jane and the Waterloo Map by Stephanie Barron - The next Jane Austen Mystery! Woot!

The English Boys by Julia Thomas - This is a friend of mine, so I'm excited for her book to come out. Also, the cover is fabulous.

The City of Mirrors by Justin Cronin - This is the third book in the Passage series. Scary vampires in dystopian America.

The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater - This is the fourth book in the Raven cycle. This is actually a really good young adult series.

The Girl Who Raced Fairyland All the Way Home by Catherynne M. Valente - I am mostly excited about this for my daughter who loves this series.

Okay. 8 books is way more than I expected to find, so yay! I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting, but whatever.
