Top Five Wednesday 7/22/15

Today's Top Five Wednesday topic is Side Characters Who Deserve Their Own Series.

I had originally decided not to do this topic this week because I couldn't think of any side characters. Then I thought of a couple and decided it wouldn't be that hard after all, so here we go.

Lula from the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich - I know there is a huge back story for Lula. She is so much character, there could definitely be a series about her.

Robin Ellacot from the Cormoran Strike novels by Robert Galbraith/J.K. Rowling - Robin is way more than she appears. She's a great assistant, but she has hidden reserves of logical thinking and acting skills which are excellent for detective work.

Paola Brunetti from the Inspector Guido Brunetti series by Donna Leon - Paola is so interesting. She comes from the upper class but she married a cop. She teaches English at a University and she always has a philosophical monologue in the book about some social or ethical subject.

Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling - because she is my favorite in the series and I would love a story written from her point of view.

Tsukiko from The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern - Without giving anything away, Tsukiko's story would be a sequel to this book, but how entertaining would that be!!

So, I did find 5. Do you have any to add?
