My Reading So Far 2019

I am very proud of my reading accomplishments so far this year. I have read 4 books already!

However, I started a new book Sunday and it is much slower going. Maybe. Or maybe I'm going slower because my schedule has been a bit busy the last couple of days. I started a non-fiction book Sunday afternoon, but then I had bells and dance and housework things to do, so not much reading time. Yesterday, I woke up to a broken heater. After I got that taken care of, I worked all day, then took Mom to dinner for her birthday. I got home about 8:45 and went to bed. I did read a few pages at lunch, though.

So honestly, I'm not sure if the book is really that slow, or if I'm just not getting anywhere because I haven't had much time. Maybe that's it and it will pick back up for me soon. I hope so. I'm currently still on track to finish 100 books this year, but that' not saying much since we're only 2 weeks into the year.
