October 2021 Wrap Up
Alrighty folks. Get a snack. Sit Down. Buckle Up. We're going on a ride. I read 3 books in October! Sigh. The slump continues.
Weird But True! Halloween by National Geographic Kids - Yes. I read the whole thing. In a couple of hours. At work. It was cute. I enjoyed it.
Down Comes the Night by Allison Saft - I finally read it! It was pretty good! It was like historical fiction, and fantasy, and mystery, and horror. It was also pretty long. Or maybe it wasn't, it just seemed like it because I couldn't read more than 20 pages at a time.
The Tea Dragon Tapestry by K. O'Neill - This was a fun, middle-grade, graphic novel. The drawings are adorable. The characters are dealing with grief and homesickness and various other maladies. There is a gay couple and one person uses a wheelchair. It's just a hug.
And that's it. We're done. Sigh.
What did you get read in October?
