How I'm Reading Now

I am changing up my reading a little bit, so I thought I'd give you a bit of an update.

I finished my first book of the month yesterday, and started the second. I am reading the second book in print. I started to pack it in my work bag to bring with me to work today, and then thought, "Wait, I want to take my Kindle Paperwhite." My third book is a NetGalley book, and it is already loaded on my Kindle. So I packed that. I usually have lots of reading time on the days when I work late, so I figure I can get some way into that one while I'm here. Sort of killing 2 birds with one stone. A "home" book and a "work" book. I don't know how long this will last because I only have a couple of kindle books unless I can borrow them from the library again. It could happen.

Neither one of these books is very long. I'm doing the thing again where I read the short books first. It worked rather well last month. This will have to be restructured in January when my focus shifts from reading a number of books to reading a number of pages in 2023. But for now, we'll see if the plan works again.

In my October wrap up, I forgot to mention that I am officially 8 books ahead of schedule to finish 100 books in 2022. All that time I spent being behind got caught up while I was off work. And I managed to maintain it after I went back. I am a machine!
