Top Ten Tuesday 6/16/15
Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Top Ten Books on My TBR for Summer 2015.
-
The Book of Speculation by Erika Swyler - I'm reviewing this one for Netgalley and I started it yesterday. So yeah, top of the list.
-
The Bronte Cabinet by Deborah Lutz - I got this at the bookstore a few weeks ago. If it's anything like the one about Jane Austen's life in objects, then I am all in.
-
Most Likely to Succeed by Tony Wagner and Ted Dintersmith - Another one I'm going to review.
-
The Luminaries by Eleanor Catton - Because why not? It's an award winner from last year, so it meets the Book Riot Challenge about reading a winner.
-
The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons - This one takes place in Russia and has snow on the cover, so definitely good for summer.
-
The Year of Reading Dangerously by Andy Miller - Because everyone who's anyone has already read it.
-
How to Be a Heroine by Samantha Ellis - Because the subtitle is "or, what I've learned from reading too much."
-
Infographic Guide to Literature by Joanna Elliot - Because Infographic Guides are so much fun.
-
Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan - Probably the only typically summer read on this list.
-
The Annotated Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte - Because it's supposed to come in from the library soon.
There you go. I may have made some of that up. Who knows what I'll actually read this summer.
What about you?
