Friday Reads 5/27/2016

This is a 3-day weekend and I get all three days off! I can't even express to you how excited I am about that. Especially since Summer Reading Program starts on Tuesday. I'm super nervous about that because I am suddenly in charge of a bunch of teenagers running the program. I need this weekend to relax and I plan to use most of it to read. I am also hoping to get to a book store this weekend. Celebration time!!!

Uprooted by Naomi Novik - I'm about a quarter of the way through this one. It's pretty big, but it is pretty fun and I like the main character a lot.

Lust & Wonder by Augusten Burroughs - I have this waiting on my Kindle when I get done with Uprooted. I don't really have any idea what it's about, but I like Augusten Burroughs. I might quit it if it's not hooking me right now.

Men We Reaped by Jessmyn Ward - This one is small and I will feel better about crossing it off my TBR. The ones on my Year-Long Resolutions list just get pushed from month to month. If I can cross this one off, I won't have 3 on next month's TBR.

Probably that will do it. Even with an extra day, I think that will be all I can get through.
