It's Really Real

I paid my non-refundable enrollment fee. I am officially a student at Syracuse University. It wasn't a mistake. They really did let me in.

I sent an email to my admissions advisor with a link to my blog post. He called me today to say it made him laugh out loud first thing in the morning and he appreciated that. I officially have an advisor now. I should be hearing from them soon.

I have been filling out scholarship applications like a crazy person. I have applied for library reimbursements, scholarships for library employees, AAUW scholarships. Anything I can find.

So that's just a little life update for me. I am not a huge fan of this week's blog prompts, so you may just get this for now.
