What's Wrong With People Update

Remember that crazy guy that faxed us a letter meant for the security team at Central library? He's back at it again. Today he sent another fax but this one was even less coherent and more threatening. I called the security guard and he said send it to him and he'll turn it over to the police. Also, this one was signed more legibly and we can find his library card. Oy!
