Anything But Books Tag

I am currently sick in bed and I don't feel like doing any hard core book talk. I found this little tag and decided to share it with you.

  1. What is your favorite cartoon? Scooby Doo - This has been one of my favorites as long as I can remember.

  2. What is your favorite song right now? Me, Too by Meaghan Trainor. "IF I was you, I'd wanna be me too"

  3. What could you do for hours that isn't reading? - I love dancing, but I don't know if I could do it for hours. I also love to plan. That usually takes a couple of hours. But the thing I can do for hours on end, is watch Youtube. Not proud.

  4. What is something you love to do that your readers would be surprised by? I don't thing my reader would be surprised by anything. I love to sniff books.

  5. What is something unusual that you know how to do? I can gap a spark plug. It's not particularly unusual, but maybe it is for 40-something women.

  6. What is your favorite unnecessarily specific thing to learn about? Detroit. I think the story of that city is extremely fascinating. This kind of goes along with my social history fascination.

  7. Name something you've made in the last year. - I can't think of any physical thing I've made in the last year. I have made goals.

  8. What is your most recent personal project? Grad school.

  9. Tell us something you think about often, maybe while staring out the window. I end up thinking about racism and sexism a lot. I don't know if that's because of the political situation right now, or because of my personal situation right now (only white girl at work) but that's what I think about when I actually don't have something forced on me to think about.

  10. Tell us something that is your favorite, but is oddly specific. I like the sound of my dogs panting while they run around the house. Also, the sound of a dog sniffing my face. I love the smell of new books. I love the smell of someone using their fireplace when it's cold outside. I love the feeling when I understand some concept that has been just out of reach.

Answer some of these for yourself. Let me know what you come up with.
