Books I'm Looking Forward to In 2019

Today's Top 5 Wednesday topic is 2019 Book Releases I'm looking forward to. This topic is a little harder for me because I barely pay attention to what books are coming out when, unless it's a book I'm waiting for with bated breath. Which amounts to Janet Evanovich books in November. I'll leave that one off this list. I did a lot of research to come up with these 5.

The Gilded Wolves

The Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi - This is the first book in a new series. I haven't read the first series, but everyon loves it. So, I'll pick up with this one.

Kind of Scars

King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo - Here is another author I've never read. I own the first book in her last duology, but I haven't read it yet. I really want to, though. Therefore I plan to also read this first in a duology.

Parkland

Parkland: Birth of a Movement by Dave Cullen - Cullen literally wrote the book on Columbine and won lots of praise for it's empathetic look at all the people involved. I am looking forward to this book about the 2018 Parkland shooting.

Slayer

Slayer by Kiersten White - Yay! An author I've read before! I already know I love Kiersten White, so I anticipate I will enjoy this Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Slayer retelling.

Vanishing Stair

The Vanishing Stair by Maureen Johnson - This is the second in the Truly Devious series. The first book has shown up on numberous TBRs this year and I truly hope I get it read before this one comes out.
