Library Update October 2019

I don't think there is a whole lot going on with my library account lately, but let's have a look, shall we?

Checked Out

namsara

The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli - It's a good thing no one is waiting on this one. I haven't picked it up in weeks! Other than a library due date, there's no deadline for this one.

Swan book

The Swan Book by Alexis Wright - This is the cover of the copy I have. Here's another one I've had for weeks but haven't opened. It's only 300 pages, though.

On Hold

Dreamland

Dreamland: The True Tale of America's Opiate Epidemic by Sam Quinones - This is a sneak peak at my Non-fiction November TBR. This is on the reading list for my reading group, and it's non-fiction. Two birds, one stone. This is a YA version of an adult book. We will see how that goes.

Over the top

Over the Top: A Raw Journey to Self-Love by Jonathan Van Ness - Van Ness is the hair and grooming guy on the show Queer Eye. Over the top is an excellent way to describe him. I love him.

Memory Police

The Memory Police by Yoko Ogawa - This is a Japanese mystery/sci-fi. I'm not sure I'm ready for this right now, but there is a line of people behind me waiting for it. I'll start it and see if I can stand it. I may return it early.

Dutch Housse

The Dutch House by Ann Patchett - I'm number 36 on this one, but we have a zillion copies, so it might not take too long to come in. I like Ann Patchett, but sometimes her dysfunctional families are a little much.

26

Twisted Twenty-Six by Janet Evanovich - And lastly, the on that's been on this list for months. Hopefully this is the last time it has to be on this list. Cross your fingers.

And there you have it. All the things on my Library Account as of today.
