I got a little behind on these end-of-the-month posts, what with all the weird schedules. But here we are!

Checked Out

Not So Pure and Simple by Lamar Giles - I've finished this one. I'll discuss it more in my March Wrap Up

Spellhacker by M. K. England - I'm reading this  now and enjoying it. Maybe I'll finish it by the end of March.

Brazen and the Beast by Sarah MacLean - This is the one I put on my Kindle for no good reason. Don't hold your breath on my actually reading this one.

Also: since the libraries are closed, I can't get these physical copies. I will probably look to see if any of them are available on ebook.

The Librarian's Guide to Homelessness by Ryan J. Dowd - I've been asked to talk about this at a staff meeting, but the staff members who have it checked out were hoarding them before we closed. Hopefully, they spend the down time finishing it!

Solstice by Lorence Alison - This is billed as a murder comedy? I could be here for that.

The Seventh Sun by Lani Forbes - This is a fantasy romance based on Inca and Maya legends.

Banned Book Club by Kim Hyun Sook - This is a graphic memoir about the author's membership in a book club that read books banned by South Korea's Fifth Republic in the 1980s.

All the Stars and Teeth by Adalyn Grace - I read the summary of this book on Goodreads and here's what I got out of it: magic, stowaway, pirates, mermaids. I'm in. A lot of booktubers have read it an said it's awesome.

The Stars We Steal by Alexa Donne - This is maybe a retelling of Persuasion but set in space. Yes, please.

The Sound of Stars by Alexhia Dow - This is set on a post-apocalyptic Earth after an alien invasion. Ellie has an illegal book and music collection. When it is found by an alien, she expects to be executed, but they go on a road trip to save the world.
