Friday Reads 4-24-2020
Ah Friday. What a week! I haven't left my house, but I'm exhausted! This whole self-isolation situation has my sleep all messed up. Last night I fell asleep for an hour. I woke up at 10:45 and I was awake until 4:30. I had an 8:30 meeting this morning, and I've been up ever since. It's brutal!
Anywhoozle, that's not why you're here. In my post from a couple of days ago I listed some of the books I might pick up during my 24 hour readathon this weekend. Well, all of those books are still on the table, but I might add some more.

City of Bones by Cassandra Clare - I started this at 3:00 this morning and blew through about 15% of it. I'm enjoying it so far. It's about a girl who can see Shadowhunters and demons that regular people can't see. Up until that point, she had never exhibited these powers before. When her mom disappears and she is attacked by a demon, the Shadowhunters take her in.

Anna K. by Jenny Lee - I'm debating on this one. So far a bunch of people love it, but they weren't familiar with Anna Karenina before reading it. I'm not sure if I would feel the same way having already read the original. Also, it's large.
I don't know. Maybe that's enough. I'm gonna end it there.
