September TBR

I realize that making a TBR for September is probably an excercise in futility based on recent reading (non)events, but I can't help myself. I'm going to do it anyway. I do have a weekend getaway planned with my sister, so I'm hopeful some actual reading will happen then.

lake house

The Lake House by Kate Morton - This is the book club book for September. It's pretty long, so I'm hoping I can read it. I'll take it on my reading weekend.

gideon

Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir - I still not even half way through this one. I read a little bit at a time and then go take a nap.

I'm guessing some library holds will come in during September, but I have no idea which ones, so I'm not going to add those.

I hate leaving my TBR at two books, but since that is more pages than I read in August, it's still a stretch goal. I don't want to set myself up for failure. Sigh.
