Friday Reads 9/24/2021
I hope I got that date right. I've been messing it up all day long.
Anyway, welcome to Friday Reads where I attempt to predict what I'll have time and energy to read this weekend. Hahahahaha!
Concrete Rose by Angie Thomas - Going to try to knock this one out this weekend. It has a due date, so I'll make the effort.
Blade of Secrets by Tricia Levenseller - This story is pretty good. I'm almost half way through. I always like Levenseller's books. I'm just a slug who can't read anymore. So it's taking me forever.
And that's about all I think I'll have time for. The girls dance on Sunday morning, so Sunday afternoon will be spent napping. And Sunday night, Mike and I have a game date with my friend Josh and his husband.
Saturday, I'm doing a 5K walk. I have no idea how long that will take me, but I assume it will be some amount of time. If I do it on my glider, I will have reading time. We'll see what happens. I am doing a fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Hospital where one of my dancers is a patient. Wish me luck!
