Friday Reads 10/25/2024
This week has been crazy busy. I have gotten way behind on my posting duties. I apologize. But here I am to talk about my reading plans.

Library 2035: Imagining the Next Generation of Libraries by Sandra Hirsh - I'm still picking my way through this. The chapters are blessedly short, and they each have a page or two of citations I don't bother with. Still, I'm only 18% through this. I still have about 10 days. Once I get through next week, hopefully I will have more time to focus on it. That doesn't leave much time, but my fingers are crossed.

The Cruelest Month by Louise Penny - I picked this up yesterday. I've only read about 20 pages (like I said, crazy busy) but it's nice to be back in 3 pines. No one has died, yet, but it's bound to happen. This is a great one to read in October because they have a psychic in town and they are going to have a seance. What could go wrong?

Dragon's Lair by Sharon Kay Penman - On the off chance I finish Louise Penny before the end of the month, I will pick up Dragon's Lair. This would be the third in this series I read this year, which meets the Booklist Queen Challenge to read 3 books by the same author. Yay for meeting challenge prompts!
That's it for me. Happy reading!
