Reading In and Out July 8

This was a depressingly unproductive reading weekend. I didn't even pick up a book yesterday at all. I did lots of socializing this weekend, which was much needed.

Such Charming Liars by Karen M. McManus - I read a bit of this on lunch on Saturday. I've made it past the 50% mark. It's pretty good.

The Regional Office Is Under Attack! by Mauel Gonzales - I did finish this one this weekend. It remained weird until the end. I'm still not sure what the Regional Office actually did, other than use people for their own ends.

The Amalfi Curse by Sarah Penner - I started this one Saturday. I read a couple of chapters. I think this is not the right time for me to read this book. I'm going to return it to the library instead of trying to plow through it. I don't think it would reflect well on either of us. So it's a DNF-for now.

What's next? I don't know. I keep standing in front of my shelves waiting for something to say, "Pick me!" So far, nothing. I may do a spinner wheel situation and let that decide. I might be in a slump.
