Finally, something interesting to write about!

Jane Austen: Women, Politics, and the Novel by Claudia L. Johnson - I'm starting with the oldest thing on the list. I'm still poking through this, a little bit at a time. It's really hard to make any sense of it this way, but I just don't have long periods of time to devote to deep focus. Gotta do what you gotta do.

The Good Vampire's Guide to Blood & Boyfriends by Jamie D'Amato - This is what I'm currently listening to in the car. I am taking a break from podcasts. I get free audiobooks from Libro.fm because I am a librarian. I downloaded this recently and decided it was probably a good choice to listen to while driving. I do still need to pay attention to what I'm doing. If I stop listening for a minute to navigate traffic, I don't feel like I'm missing anything critical.

None Shall Sleep by Ellie Marney - I decided to finally pick up a YA book for the shelf of the month. I stared at my shelves for a minute and this is the one that jumped out at me. It's about a couple of young adults (read 18-20 years old) who have been tagged by the FBI to help them interview convicted juvenile murderers to help them refine their methods for solving serial murders. That's pretty much all I know, as of yet.
So yeah, surprise! A couple new items on the list! I love that for me. What are you reading?
