Reading In/Out 10/14/2025

This is really more like Reading In. I didn't finish anything, but I did start a new one.

I read some more in Brave New World. I listened to some more in Empire of the Dawn. But the most interesting thing is:

Faithful Place by Tana French - I started this one! It's a mystery from my mystery shelf, and it's one of my 10 oldest books. I read about 10%.

I didn't read a single word of anything yesterday. I spent 7 hours in the salon chair, which would normally mean a lot of reading time, but I was the only one in the salon, so we did a lot of chatting. Also, I would have listened to my audiobook on the way to and from, but I was driving my hubby's car because I sprained my ankle and he was worried I would have trouble getting in and out of my low-rider with crutches. My phone isn't connected to his car, so I couldn't listen to anything off my phone.

So yeah, I haven't got very far. What did you read?
