February TBR 2026

I don't know why I thought I would be able to post all this week. It has been insanely busy. Hopefully I can do some catching up next week (famous last words). Anyway, here is what I am considering reading in February.

Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater - I started this and got a whopping 28 pages in. Since then, I have had no time to continue it. It has a good start, so here's hoping.

Bonded in Death by J. D. Robb - This audiobook is the only reading I've managed to do this week. I'm 42% in. It's just as good as the other ones I've listened to recently.

Meditations by Marcus Aureliuis - This guy is getting a little perusal every once in awhile, of course.

Hidden Libraries: The World's Most Unusual Book Depositories by DC Helmuth - Look what finally came in!!! This will be a top priority.

Medicine River: A Story of Survival and the Legacy of Indian Boarding Schools by Mary Annette Pember - I have had this checked out for about 3 weeks and not had any chance to read it at all. It might be overly ambitious to think I can get to it in February, but a girl can dream.

The Last Bookaneer by Matthew Pearl - This is on my 10 Oldest Books list. It's not very long. Since February is also not very long, it seems like a logical one to put on the TBR.

This is already more books than I have been able to finish in a month, so on the off chance I get to choose another book, I will just get something off my shelves based on my mood. If I can't identify a mood, I will go to the random selector on StoryGraph that will suggest books to me from my Want to Read list.

Book club will be discussing the January book in February and I have finally finished it, so I won't have that hanging over me.

What's on your stack in February?
