Friday Reads 3/27/2026

Man this was a rough week. But here we are at Friday. Let's talk reading plans.

Abandoned in Death by J.D. Robb - I will undoubtedly finish this tomorrow on my way back and forth to work. I'm enjoying the chase on this one. The little gray cells are definitely going full force.

The Girls of Atomic City by Denise Kiernan - I have officially made it to the 25% mark in this one. It's not super long, but it's pretty dense. I have trouble keeping all the characters straight. Right now they have all moved to this little shanty town type place with no sidewalks and they are trying to deal with the lack of amenities and long lines for everything and the mud.

Beastly Things by Donna Leon - I needed something to break up the nonfiction of the Atomic City girls, so I started this one. I'm already 40% through it, so I will most likely finish it by the end of the month woohoo!

Tomorrow night we are playing board games, but I have Sunday afternoon for chores and reading, hopefully. Oh and I only have one appointment Monday before TFR so I'll have that afternoon also! Yay! I need a whole break.
